| 189420 | 10/6/2009 12:41:24 AM | In June 2008, rebuilt above engine put in new 4364 stat. June 2009, engine started running @ 220 degrees temp, for unknown reason. Next day changed stat to another 4364. September 25, 2009, stat closed and water temp per mechanical gauge went to 250. Looking at either stat I could not see anything wrong. Cooling system water pump. radiator are recent, has clutch fan and seven blade fan. Has never got warm other than these two incidents. Concerned about putting another 4364 in. Did I just have bad luck w/these stat? |

| 161602 | 6/25/2007 3:48:40 PM | I purchased a hurst competition plus shifter with reverse lockout. The shifter works great in all of the forward gears. However, I can't seem to get it to maneuver into reverse. Can I get a copy of a drawing or a sketch that would shoe me the interior of the shifter. I don't want to disassemble it unless absolutely necessary.
I aligned all of the shifter levers, and there are no binding linkage issues. The transmission works good in reverse, I just can't get the shifter into reverse.
